Pi cho enb

I have a low-end laptop, with i7-7700HQ, GTX1050 ti, and 16 GB RAM, I always use the performance preset of Pi-Cho ENB and while the game visual looks great, I can only play it with 30-40 FPS. Then I came across Reshade, which is supposedly more lightweight than ENB, my questions: EnableSkylighting=false. Picho-ENB is based on Silent Horizon shaders and is absolutely exceptional when it comes to character details. It is also on-par with Rudy in color accuracy and exteriors.
